Problem statement: Button component in application form, was no longer relevant due to the increasing size of options.
Previously, this section are using button component and users can select which product they want to apply for. However, due to increasing number of option in the Product Type Listing, the button component in the screen is no longer suitable.
The requirement received from Product Owner, was to help them purpose a solution for the problem statement.
For future prove, a long list was the best option to go for. Also, to make it easier for users, I have added a search bar so user no need to go through a long list to find their desired choice - they can just use the search bar by typing the first 3 alphabet. Global search listing will then show related products on the listing.
User can first choose Type of Product that is relevant to them (either Conventional or Islamic) and the Product listing will show the options based on the selection. This will help user refine the options available and not to put user with unrelated choices.
