Task: To enhance current Biz Financing Portal (BFP)
BFP transforms the existing process of physical documents submission to a digital easy-to-use platform. It enables customer to apply for loan and submit documents using the application.
Ideas for BFP are big with a lot of functions. Team came up with the MVP product which cater a few must have items for the first product during the MCO.
BFP is then renamed to STAR which have additional functions for variety of products soon.
Enhancement in terms of UX and UI, more user friendly approach.
Due to policy, I was not able to share more on the process and user flow.
